TRUCK MATCH PTY LTD

The Terms must remain aligned with the agreed payment/booking structure:

• quote acceptance confirms the booking;
• payment is not normally collected immediately upon acceptance;
• payment request approximately 24 hours before the job;
• unpaid booking may auto-cancel approximately 12 hours before commencement;
• Stripe Connect payment processing;
• TruckMatch service fee deducted as disclosed;
• processing fee treatment disclosed separately;
• recurring jobs handled per scheduled day;
• additional hours and Variations supported;
• late-cancellation rules;
• payment may be delayed during a genuine dispute;
• TruckMatch facilitates disputes rather than acting as the legal arbitrator;
• Operators remain responsible for the services they perform.
