Construction companies post their truck, machinery or equipment requirements on TruckMatch. Suitable operators can view the opportunity and submit a quote. The construction company compares the available quotes and selects an operator. Once confirmed, the operator assigns the required trucks, machinery, drivers or operators, and both parties can manage the job through TruckMatch.

TruckMatch supports a wide range of trucks, machinery and construction equipment, including tipper trucks, water trucks, flatbeds, tilt trays, Hiab cranes, concrete pumps, vacuum trucks, excavators, skid steers/posi-tracks and other construction machinery. Availability depends on the operators, trucks and machinery available for each job.

Truck and machinery operators must complete TruckMatch’s verification process before accessing job opportunities. This includes providing the required business, licence, registration, insurance and compliance information applicable to their business, vehicles and machinery for review. Operators are responsible for keeping their information and documents accurate and up to date.

Yes. Construction companies can post one-time jobs or schedule recurring requirements for ongoing projects. This can include trucks, machinery and equipment depending on the needs of the job. Operators can view and manage these jobs through TruckMatch.

Create your TruckMatch account, select the truck, machinery or equipment required, enter the job location, schedule and job requirements, then publish your request for verified operators to view and respond with quotes.

Yes. You can review available operators, compare ratings and quotes, and choose the operator that suits your project requirements.

Pricing is provided by the operator after they review your job requirements. You can review the operator’s quote before accepting it and confirming the booking. Any additional charges or approved variations that arise during the job may affect the final amount.

Yes. Company admins can invite and manage team members, assign job-posting responsibilities, manage bookings, and track multiple jobs and projects from one dashboard.

If an operator declines your request or does not respond, you can continue reviewing other available quotes or repost the job to seek another operator.

Submit an enquiry through the Get in Touch form and select ‘Truck & Machinery Operator’. Our team will contact you about setting up your operator account. You’ll then complete your business profile, provide the required compliance documents, and add your trucks, machinery, equipment, drivers and operators as applicable. Once your account has completed TruckMatch’s verification process, you can access relevant job opportunities and submit quotes.

You can set an hourly rate, minimum hire duration and travel charges for each truck or machine in your fleet. These rates can then be used when preparing and submitting quotes for suitable job opportunities.

Yes. TruckMatch allows you to manage your fleet of trucks and machinery, manage drivers and operators, track availability, assign personnel to jobs, and manage job schedules from one dashboard.

Required documents may vary depending on your business, trucks, machinery and the type of work you perform. These may include vehicle or machinery registration, insurance, relevant licences and tickets, maintenance records, SWMS and other required compliance documents or certificates.

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Once the job is completed and the final job amount, including any approved additional charges or variations, is confirmed, payment is processed in accordance with TruckMatch’s payment terms, less any applicable TruckMatch service fee. Payment timing may also depend on Stripe and the operator’s payout settings.
